Settlements & Transfers

When you want to withdraw from the organization wallet to a linked bank account, or transfer to another organization, use these two endpoint groups. Settlements are on-demand and self-service — you create them whenever you want; there is no automatic scheduled settlement.

Check Settlement Limits

Before creating a settlement, call GET /v1/organization-settlements/limits to retrieve the minimum and maximum settlement amounts for a given account and source currency. Both source-currency (exchange-rate converted) and target-currency values are returned.

  • organization_account_id — destination account UUID (required)
  • source_currency_code — ISO 4217 code, e.g. THB (required)

Response fields

  • source_currency_code / source_min_amount / source_max_amount — limits in the source currency
  • target_currency_code / target_min_amount / target_max_amount — limits in the target currency (from payment settings)

Organization Settlement (withdraw from your own wallet)

  1. Preview first to see fees/net amount: POST /v1/organization-settlements/preview
  2. Create the real request: POST /v1/organization-settlements
  3. Check status: GET /v1/organization-settlements/{id}

Organization Transfer (send to another organization)

  1. Look up the destination using the code your counterpart provided: GET /v1/organization-transfers/targets/by-code
  2. Create a transfer: POST /v1/organization-transfers
  3. List all: GET /v1/organization-transfers

  • POST /v1/organizations/accounts — add new account
  • PATCH /v1/organizations/accounts/{id} — update
  • DELETE /v1/organizations/accounts/{id} — remove
