UAT Testing

Configure test callback URLs at /sandbox/api-settings. Use your dashboard’s API Base URL and an sk_test_ key to create a payin with POST /v1/payins and an Idempotency-Key, then call POST /v1/payins/:id/test-confirm while it is pending. For a payout, fund the test balance with POST /v1/sandbox/top-up (sandbox:topup scope, integer amount_minor, and Idempotency-Key), create it with POST /v1/payouts, then call POST /v1/payouts/:id/test-confirm while it is processing. Success sends a signed webhook to the test callback URL with livemode: false.
